AI turns a 2D floor plan into a structured 3D model, automatically interpreting walls, doors, and windows, with every detail callout and room dimension carried through — then our design team reviews and refines the model. The same model renders photorealistically and steps straight into virtual reality — walk through the design before any of it is built. Hours of manual modelling become minutes, and that time goes back into the design decisions that shape the outcome.

Our in-house AI assembles and reviews every drawing and specification, catching the mismatches a manual cross-check misses and staying current as drawings change. It also supports consent preparation and submission, reducing the repetitive administrative work of filing with council.
